Lynn Mason-Small
President
With decades of experience as a marketing leader and entrepreneur, Lynn brings both strategic expertise and firsthand understanding of business growth challenges. A perennial volunteer, Lynn has held board and committee positions with many local organizations including the Cape Cod Young Professionals, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The United Way of Cape Cod and the Islands, The Cape Cod Foundation, and Philanthropy Partners of Cape Cod. She is a current Big Sister as well as mom, wife, and owner of Sweetside Candy & Gifts in Dennis.

Kara Boulé
COO
Kara has an agency background coupled with years of experience helping small to medium size businesses grow. She is a results-oriented marketer with a proven track record of helping brands build a strong presence across multiple platforms. A creative thinker skilled in lead generation, communications, content strategy and community engagement, Kara loves working with local businesses to achieve their business goals, driving growth and customer engagement. When Kara’s not working, she loves spending time with her two children and husband and can be found outdoors, either on the beach, hiking in the woods, or on the ski slopes or the pickleball court, depending on the season.

Tyler Rost
Marketing Manager
Tyler has a creative marketing background, with a passion for videography and photography. With skills in content creation, campaign and strategy implementation, and a passion for helping the Cape Cod community he loves, Tyler brings his skillset to each business with a goal of bettering both the business and the community they call home. When not at work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his best friend and dog companion, Trident, exploring Cape Cod’s endless natural beauty, and watching the Boston Bruins.

Emily Marsden
Marketing Manager
With an MBA in marketing and management, Emily is a creative professional and visual aesthetic expert, specializing in graphic and web design, social media management, content creation, and copywriting. Emily also has a background in esthetics and makeup and worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade - bringing a unique blend of customer service experience and artistic insight to Bright Buoy. When she's not working, Emily enjoys spending time in nature, creating art, exploring new foods and places with friends, reading thriller novels, and binging Netflix with her boyfriend and their fur babies. Since joining Bright Buoy, Emily has taken on clients in the restaurant, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, retail, non-profit, and landscaping sectors. Emily’s design expertise and visual storytelling skills have made her an incredible asset to the team.

Abigail Jones
Marketing Manager
Abigail is a strategic communicator passionate about community engagement, campaign development and integrated marketing. Before working for Bright Buoy, she worked in public relations in the nonprofit, manufacturing, magazine and education sectors while earning her bachelor’s degree in public relations and policy studies at Syracuse University. A Cape Cod native, Abigail is eager to work with local clients to develop strategy and content that drive growth for their businesses. In her free time, Abigail is a group fitness instructor and functional training specialist and can be found teaching at Elite Nation Wellness in Marstons Mills.

Meagen Latimer
Marketing Manager
Meagen began her career in nonprofit communications and program management, where she discovered a love for bringing creative projects into reality. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach make her a trusted partner for every project she takes on. Today, Meagen works part-time at Bright Buoy while pursuing her graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling at Merrimack College. Her shift into counseling reflects her lifelong passion for supporting and encouraging others. Outside of work and school, Meagen can be found planning her and her husband’s next adventure, browsing local bookstores, or heading out on a walk with her pup Birdie.
